How We Work With You
Our services are not here to duplicate what already exists. Programs and educational institutions already have people and offerings in place. They are supplemental and outcome-based, designed in collaboration with those who are closest to the work.
Our Approach
Our approach draws on established frameworks in cultural wealth and resilience research. When participants leave our trainings, they leave with increased self-awareness, stronger connection and communication, and increased self-worth. When we engage with partners, clients leave with clearer processes that support not only the outcomes of their programs but also the engagement of their teams.
-
We recognize the knowledge, language, resilience, and relationships individuals already carry, rather than treating their experience as something to fix.
-
Our work centers the conditions research shows actually buffer people against stress: connection, concrete resources, and strong relationships.
-
We focus on supporting participants in identifying and protecting the resources that keep them effective and well, increasing self-awareness and internal tools.
